I don’t believe that yesterday
Was any better
Than today
I don’t believe my mother
Or my father
When they say
That days gone by were brighter
That the future’s dried and gone
That hope is all forgotten
That somewhere
Someone
Went wrong.
I don’t believe that hope
Is a misty dream gone by
I don’t believe
Tomorrow
Is a stream
That’s all but dry
I don’t believe
That all hope in the world
Is gone
Perhaps it’s just missing

I love this one it so heartfelt, but what did it mean? was it a letter to your parents and were you upset that they misinformed you, because I have felt that way too growing up.
Let me know when your book comes out. I searched Barnes and Nobles today, but I didnt find it. If it is out can i have the link?

I just tried it. Your book shipped. I can't wait to read it.
This one is about adult and authority misinformation and how we need to live in the here and now and enjoy what we have not long for what we once imagined we have or what we think will be better. I think this is a big part of the whole mess our country is in. Peace.
That is true I have checked out your book on Barnes and Nobles and I will purchase one of yours as well. Also, I noticed that you are a Publish America author too! :-}
: ). Thanks. Yours should be arriving anyday. Have you gotten your copies yet? It is a very cool moment.
