Fast and free she floated
Above the encampment
Blue tarps
Torn
Tattered
Home
A soiled Spiderman blanket
Two cups
One needle
Two blows
Violently vacant
Gone.

This is poetry about life...our lives...with all of our differences and all of our similarities wrapped up in a big box that contains who we are, what we know and what we do. Please feel free to comment and add poetry of your own.

A responsive haiku:
Leafless, barren plains
Grasp the edge of her old home.
Gaze on Spiderman.
